Copying One drive music to iTunes/Apple Music on iPhone

The articles in the message above should help, however a computer with Finder or iTunes is needed. If you need access to the article again, here it is Import music from a computer to Music on Mac. In step 2 when it says to locate the file or folder, look for One Drive in the dropdown and select the folder of music you want to import.

Afterwards, use the computer to sync music to the iPhone: Sync music between your Mac and iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

There isn't a way to transfer files from One Drive to the Music app on the iPhone itself.

You would need a computer with iTunes installed or a Mac running macOS 10.15 or later: Import music from a computer to Music on Mac - Apple Support or Import media from a computer to iTunes on PC - Apple Support

Then you can sync music to your iPhone: Sync your iPhone, iPad, or iPod using your computer - Apple Support
