You can’t. You may be able to access your google drive account by logging into in in a browser (Safari), but you can’t install the app as your phone does not meet the minimum requirements.

Your best option since you’re on an older version to have the app on the phone is use the Safari web browser. Go to google, google drive, your account, log in.
This is web browser view as also the apps on the google drive you’re going to try to access. Word doc, Spread sheet, etc.
