iCloud terms and conditions cannot be accepted on MacBook Pro

Hi all; cannot accept T & C in system setting on MacBook Pro after multiple attempts. Troubleshooting has included: 1) restart, 2) Safe Mode, 3) restart, 4) shutdown, all will no success trying to accept the T & C multiple times in each step.

An interesting thing found is @ the same time this T & C issue came up three days ago, I also noticed my user pic at login is missing pixels - may not be related, but I have never had that issue.

As a safeguard, I also ran a system scan using Bitdefender for Mac and nothing was found at all. see below for laptop info...

Thanks for any help everyone , Mark

Well there is bug haunting some user, yes. I would skip it for now and simply try at a later date...

if you have other Apple device you can check there if there is an option to agree to T&C as a possible way forward

some other options—

Sign out of your Apple ID and sign in again...see then you can accept Terms & Conditions.
