AirPods Pro 2 (Volume Swipe)

I’m unable to turn off Volume Swipe on my AirPods Pro 2.

I have just got my AirPods Pro 2 and don’t really need the Volume Swipe feature, hence I wanted to turn it off to prevent accidental change in volume.

I have tried resetting them multiple times and turning Volume Swipe on and off again, but to no avail, the feature is still on despite having it off.

Is this a software issue and could it be fixed with an update? Or do I need to get them replaced at Apple?
