Dual sim on iPhone 13

I have an iPhone 13 with dual sims. I have ee paym on the esim, and a Vodafone payg nano sim. Vodafone had me install a profile for the mobile data, but when this was installed, I couldn’t activate my ee esim. I removed the profile, activated the ee esim and then I put the Vodafone profile back on the phone. This then deactivated the mobile data on the ee line, but the calls and texts were still working. The Vodafone line was working as it should for calls texts & 4g. I called ee and they had me remove the Vodafone profile again and they reset my esim on their end. This got the data working again, until I installed the Vodafone profile again which has now killed the ee mobile data again. I feel if I go back to ee they may just say it’s a problem with either Apple or Vodafone, and if I go to Apple they will say it’s one or both of the carriers etc. I’d appreciate if anyone has dealt with anything similar and is able to assist or point me in the direction of who best I speak to as I really don’t know wether it’s ee, Vodafone or my iPhone to blame.

thanks in advance

To use two different carriers, your iPhone must be unlocked. Otherwise, both plans must be from the same carrier. If a CDMA carrier provides your first SIM, your second SIM won't support CDMA. Contact your carrier for more information.

If you have an enterprise or corporate cellular service plan, check with your company administrator to see if they support this feature.
