Note Unsupported File Format

Hi,

There is a issue to play a video saved in the note after download from backup, I tried on my iPad Pro as well, the same result. I have log into iCloud shows that the file is MPEG4. Currently inside the note you only have three option copy, share and delete. Copy and share does not work and when you log into iCloud there is no option to save the file.

unsupported attachment okay so i had a note on my ipad and when i shared (collaborated) it to my other ipad and tried to edit it, it said “unsupported attachment, editing this attachment is not supported on this device. to edit it, please upgrade to the latest version of ipados.” but when i tried to update, it already said that it was up to date. (the ipad is too old) how can i edit it without updating? ps: the original note was in an ios17 ipad, while the one i wanted to edit it from was only ios16

Pictures and Videos in notes not loading I recently tried to move a note with multiple media files from icloud notes to "on my phone" notes due to people having access to my computer. Upon doing so the note entirely vanished off my phone. I found it when logging into icloud online however very few of the files loaded, after multiple different attempts to reset or undo my file moving all of the files are showing in icloud but do not open or load. And I cannot even find them on any device in the notes. How do I get the files restored preferrably onto my phone?
