Importing data from Google Fit / Fitbit INTO Apple Health I found some previous posts looking for a way to migrate Google Fit data into Apple Health. While this is not an ongoing sync, I just developed a way to get historical data from Fitbit into Apple Health, specifically in my case in order to get menstrual cycle data into Apple Health as a step towards getting it into another cycle tracking app, Natural Cycles. It involves exporting the fitbit data using google takeout, processing it using a google spreadsheet (I've made that part as simple as possible) and then importing it into Apple Health using a shortcut I developed to process the data. This is the google sheet for processing the data, and all instructions for how to use it including how to export the data from google, and import it are included on the first tab. Here is the direct link to the iOS shortcut for importing the data into Apple Health. You need to process it first though using the spreadsheet above: Import Menstrual Data to Health App In my case, this is just menstrual cycle (period) data, not temperature or anything else, but this approach could be used to import other data types as well, by creating a custom spreadsheet and editing the shortcut as needed. Is there a way to add multiple entries to Apple Health at once? So I’ve been trying to get all my medical records imported into the apple health app and I’m getting tired of manually logging every single vital measurement from each visit. I know that 1.) you can export the data from apple as a csv, 2.) there are third party apps that can reimport the csv into Apple health, and 3.) almost every computer has access to a csv editor. Is there a cheat sheet on deciphering the CSV column headings so I can add the records to a csv with the correct formatting and just import that into Apple health? Also does it matter if the dates of the entries aren’t in order? I’m trying to add around a decade or so of vitals into Apple health manually from every individual visit note. Anything that can speed up the process is appreciated.

How to import health data from files? Hi there, now that the health app includes medication tracking I’d like to include my previous data. The app I used for that isn’t supported by Apple. Can I save the data on files and import them into the health app? How else can I import data to the health app?

Please look for some third-party health apps from the App Store which can sync to Apple Health App.
