Hello Bikr007,

It appears that you're unable to listen to music with your iPhone, when it is connected to the auxiliary port, on your car. We'd like to provide you with a few steps that

may be able to resolve this issue:

  1. "Restart your device and your car.
  2. Make sure that your device is unlocked and on the Home screen.
  3. If possible, try to connect using another cable. Check the manual that came with your car to learn how to connect an Apple device.
  4. Check your charging port for any debris or damage. Make sure that your charging cable is properly inserted into the port.
  5. Update your device.
  6. Make sure that your stereo is using the latest firmware from the car manufacturer. Check your car's manual for more information.
  7. Try playing audio from a different app."

Also, be sure that you're using a cable that is certified and includes the MFi badge on the packaging as shown here:

"

Some accessories might have a previous version of the MFi badge:

An Apple Lightning to USB cable has "Designed by Apple in California" and either "Assembled in China," "Assembled in Vietnam," or "Indústria Brasileira" on the cable about seven inches from the USB connector. You'll see a 12-digit serial number at the end of this text.
