MacBook Pro FaceTime camera freezing during conference call (both zoom or teams)

I am using a Mackbook pro 13" M1 processor with 8gb of ram running om macOS ventura 13.1

I have had this computer for almost 2 years with daily heavy load use of conference calls with Zoom and Teams both working well. Since the last OS update (Ventura 13.1) I keep getting my FaceTime cam freeze on zoom, the green light turns off and it will only turn on if I turn video off and back on. this can last for another few seconds to minutes. It also happens in Teams meetings but much later through the call (few minutes vs. several minutes).

I have tried to uninstall zoom and reinstall it and to change any available video definition for no success. being a new phenomena, I suspect the new MacOS update has a control problem for the facetime cam (this does not happen when I use an outside camera (Logitec). please help me, I love my mac, but I can't use it this way

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 13.1
