iPad Magic Keyboard color transfer

Is it ok to set my iPad Magic Keyboard on a colored cardboard box for a short amount of time? The manual warns of color trasfer and I would hate to wreck the Magic Keyboard.

Hi,

A short amount of contact with a colored surface shouldn't cause any damage to your Magic Keyboard, prolonged contact very well could. In case your Magic Keyboard gets dirty, you can use this resource to help safely clean it: How to clean your Apple products - Apple Support
