I just bought two iPhones on the Apple Store using the payment plan offered through Citizens Bank, not the Apple Card. I want to buy an iPad the same way, but I am only seeing Apple Card as a payment plan option. What gives?

Apple may not offer that option anymore, you can contact Apple Shopping support to see if you are still able to finance with that option.

Thanks for the reply, Drake! I followed your link. There are a ton of articles (none covering exactly my question) and no "Contact us" specifically for shopping. I tried the regular "Contact us" and when choosing categories to contact about, the card seemed the closest topic (no option for Store), which wants to direct me to messaging Goldman Sachs (Apple Card provider). Am I overlooking an option somewhere to contact specifically about shopping? Thank you!
