The Siri Remote (3rd generation), as bundled with the Apple TV 4K (3rd generation) (2022), has an USB-C port for charging to a computer directly, or to a USB power adapter (like for iPad Pro or MacBook (Pro). Any wattage will do, as the power adapter rating is a maximum, not a fixed power consumption.
