iPhone 14 pro max won’t stay connected to Wi-Fi

wont stay connected to Wi-Fi anywhere, home, work or anywhere else so I know it’s not my internet connections. I can be watching tv, kid on laptop and wife on her phone by Wi-Fi at the same time my phone says my Wi-Fi has no connection

ive restarted numerous times, checked for updates and reset network settings all have made no difference and just a few days ago this one month old phone locked up black screen with a frozen spinning wheel in the center making an occasional noise, I had to force restart.

Is this thing junk?
