Account & iPad managed by ABM - User can't buy app

Hello,


The iPad & User are managed by the Apple Business Manager.

The user is on the groupe "Personal" (simple user).


I connect the account Apple Store on the iPad, but I can't buy app on the store !

Why ?

isn't possible to have an iPad and an user managed by BSM ?

Hello,


By default, managed Apple IDs are locked out of purchasing apps, even free ones. An admin can assign apps that are then available to the end-user to install. Please review the following articles:
