Cannot accept icloud conditions on Iphone, Ipad.
I'm trying to solve an issue related to not being able to accept apple icloud terms and conditions.
The problem is on the Icloud account of my son who is 15 years old.
He only have one Icloud email. He only have one apple-id.
when I click on the "accept" button, the same message comes back indefinitely.
I have followed almost all the forums and I have already contacted support 7 times.
I lose 1 hour each time to redo the same steps and procedures that are of no use.
But apparently, it is the only help they can give me.
They always say in the end, that the problem is with Icloud account.
They have asked the departement to call me, but radio silence as always.
Impossible to accept these **** conditions, neither on the iphone, nor on an ipad. Unable to connect to Icloud because it sends us back with a message "you must configure icloud from an iphone/ipad".
his account was created several years ago.
Could someone please help me. This is very frustating to be left alone.
My son cannot reach his photos and mail that are all left on icloud..
