I traded in my old iPhone and my apple care dent reflect my new phone

I traded in my iPhone 11 for a iPhone 14 pro and my apple care does not reflect the new coverage

iPhone 14 Pro

What new coverage? Did you buy Apple Care+ for the new iPhone?

Apple Care+ is tied to the iPhone it was purchased for, and does not transfer to a new device.

If you traded in the iPhone that was covered by Apple Care+, then you need to cancel Apple Care+ for it, and get Apple Care+ for the new iPhone.

Contact Apple Support to clarify your AppleCare status. The new phone will have AppleCare, but if you are asking about AppleCare + that is a separate issue.
