My Music Library

I have uploaded my music library to iCloud storage, which has music that I loaded from my cd's

which I purchased myself. I have since brought a subscription to Apple Music when I try to play some of my albums in Apple Music it says the the album is not available in my region, but it is in my Library. So how do I get access to my own music in my library to play it?

Troubleshooting iTunes Store Inconsistencies:

A Glitch in Apple's User Database?:

I would contact Apple Support, asking them if there is a glitch in their user database. You should not be getting this message, if they have already been purchased from the same account. If these were purchased with a different Apple Account, or if they were purchased in another Country/Region (an you have relocated since), then that may be why this is occurring.

Apple Contact Info:

  • Contact Us - Choose Locations
  • Proceed from there, as necessary
  • Why the Wait: Phone calls are taking a bit to go through at the moment, due to lots of calls. With the Coronavirus Pandemic, many are at home at the moment, with much time on their hands to contact Apple. So, just stay on the line, and you will get through :)
