Lagging notifications

Hey, so im new to apple and to ios but im having a tiny problem which im not sure where its coming from. When i updated my phone to 16.3 my notifications started lagging. They are showing but when i swap to see them they either show normally or not show properly ( yeah no idea how to explain it with details). So im wondering if the problem is that i updated to a new version and i read its still beta and dont think is the phone’s fault because its pretty new. Every other thing its working normally. Thanks a lot.

If you haven't yet, let's try restarting your device to see if it helps. Here's how: Restart your iPhone

Also, does this only happen with specific apps or all notifications? When you mentioned about the notifications not showing up normally, could you elaborate that? Are you receiving the notifications but do they appear differently?

We also suggest you try toggling the notification settings by going to Settings > Notifications > Display As > try other notification styles. If it happens with specific apps, try disabling notifications for those apps and then enabling them again.

Jmanna13 meant that you should contact Apple to report the issue you're having. You can access their support page here: Get Support

If you use Twitter, they also offer support through there: Apple Support Twitter

On the community forum, you can only attach images to your posts. Videos, like a screen recording, are not supported on this site.

I’ve restarted my phone a couple times but that did not make any changes unfortunately.

It happens with all notifications, it doesn’t matter the application. I’ll try to explain it more understandably. When im in lockscreen and try to scrow down to see what notifications i have, they do appear but with some kind of lag or delay. It’s not something dramatic or anything just that i’m getting annoyed. If there’s a chance and a way for me to send a screen recording for you to see it more properly, that would be better.

Yeah, that didn’t help either. I have no idea what more to add. My first question was if it is possible that the update 16.3 to have caused this issue.
