Keeps saying my VM is full goes to message and wont record a message it also will not ring i clear it out all day long it only hold maybe 3 messages i spent 45 minutes last week with verizon they said they fixed it
it is worse !

VoiceMail is carrier specific service. The messages are full at the Carrier's server end. Contact the Cellular Service provider and get to know the process of deleting from their server
Before that store all important voice mail on your iPhone and then delete from the carriers' server
