My Apple ID password has been reset multiple times without my permission

I have been receiving emails saying that my Apple ID password has been reset since February 7, 2023.

I also received notifications on my phone saying that a new Apple Watch and a new Mac have been added to my Apple ID, and when I checked again in my Apple ID, no new devices were added.

I have never changed my password ever since 2019 when I started using Apple products, but now this happened to me twice in just three days. Please tell me if this is hacking or anything.
