cant download Proapps without repaying

hello all!

i purchased my m1 macbook pro with the proapps bundle about a year ago and mainly use logic, today i went to download compressor to do some basic video converting and the app store is asking me to pay for the app again, i have the email with the proapps bundle on the receipt and code, but app store says code is invalid. i appear to be signed in everywhere as well... anyone know whats going on?
