Moving an App to Home Screen

How can I get an app, that is open and usable when accessed through the App Store, back appearing on my Home Screen?

iPhone SE, iOS 16

It looks like your app has been moved to the App Library. On your home screen, swipe left until you get to App Library. Find the app, long press it, and drag it back to your Home Screen.
