I'm trying to schedule an email in Mac Mail, but the drop-down box next to the send arrow is missing. I've tried removing and re-adding the send icon to the toolbar, which hasn't solved it. Could anyone help?

One small suggestion Before attempting the Ventura
Generally, better to approach the Ventura with a fully update Monterey to avoid possible issues 🤞
The current version of Monterey is 12.6.3
