Why is my Spotify Premium account usable on my phone but not available on my watch?

I don't have Spotify but I'm going to point you in a few directions and have you check some things.
Using your phone, open the Watch app.
Scroll down towards the bottom of this page. You'll get to a couple sections:
1. "Installed on Apple Watch".
Does Spotify show up in this section?
If it's here, click on it. The next screen has a toggle, the toggle needs to be green.
2 "Available Apps"
If Spotify is listed here, then it needs installed on your watch.
Next, scroll back up to "Cellular" and click on it.
It might take a second to populate the list then scroll down to Spotify. Is the toggle green here?
Another thing that you could try... Remove the Spotify app from your watch and then reinstall it. This of course was if it was installed prior to me walking you through the things above.
