Maybe. If you do not sync notes with iCloud and have a device backup that contains the note, you can factory reset your device and restore it using your backup. You may recover your note but you'll lose anything new since the backup was made.

Did you ever create a screenshot of this? If so, that might fix this, as a way of recovering what was on it.
