recently updated phone and i was having a cellular issue i wasnt getting any service took it in to the apple store and the fixed the issue. made a phone call later that day and phone shut off. have it plugged into the charger and nothing is happening. phone is unresponsive.

1) Make sure that it is charged:
Check the charging port for lint or other debris (use a bright light and a toothpick).
