Will the person see I removed them from a text chain
Will the person **and everyone else** in the text chain be notified or at least **see at the botton of the text chain** that I removed a contact who isn’t supposed to be there?

You will be able to see it. But the person you remove will not be able to see the text at the bottom of the message. They just won't receive any more messages. So maybe the person finds out that he/she is not part of the group anymore?
One thing! I have doubts about the others in the group and can see if one has been removed. I think it will say "xxx has left the conversation", but I'm not sure if it's only you who sees that message, or if everyone still in the group does too.
