Touchscreen doesn't work

I got my iPhone 8 Plus battery replaced at a Genius Bar last week, it was OK to use after that then I shut it down since it was my backup device. And yesterday when I tried to use it, I found that the touchscreen doesn't respond anymore. I tried to restart the phone(using the force restart method provided by Apple) several times but didn't fix the problem. All physical buttons(e.g. voice volume up and down, lock screen button, and the home button) are working but the touchscreen. What could cause this problem? Is this possibly caused by battery replacement improperly? Is there a way to fix it?
