im not able to buy an iphone with paybright. Paybright blocked your customers.

My purchase was blocked at the end when Apple transfert you at Paybright.

i received a pre authorization of 8000 credit from Paybright.

i called them twice. They started to say that is because they have to identified myself.

we checked everything, everything was good . They say we will check this and give you an answer in 24-48h . 30 minutes after I received an e mail . They said by security we can not pass the order.

I called back, at that time they say it’s Apple that they block, after he said you can buy another thing on the Apple site but not this or another thing from another company.

i understood that I cannot just buy an iPhone . The question is WHY

I saw onApple community 600 Apple customer had the same problem than me with Paybright.

why Apple stay with them?

Apple customer service said to me to try to buy it with an Apple assistant.
