My iphone is locked because I had to many attempts on my password. How do I use Itunes to retrieve my iphone

I changed my password last night and now it won't let me into my phone. I've

tried about six times so it locked me out for an hour. Its asking for the password and I tried my old one even. If it's wrong again , it will lock me out for two hours. I googled how to fix it with iTunes, but it doesn't show me how on the itunes app. There is no way for me to locate iTunes finder. Help please and thank you:)

If your device has iOS 15.2 or later installed, you can reset it without a computer; check out this link→How to reset your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch when you forgot your passcode - Apple Support. Otherwise you will need a computer:
