The AppStore forces me to type in a password to download an app. Face ID does NOT even present its self as an option.
Face ID DOES work with unlocking my phone and all other passwords but for some reason the App Store wont even try to use face idea and it forces me to use a password every time. I’ve tried turn it on and off. Rebooting phone and more.

Yes.it is in for everything. it still doesn’t ask. AND it does work for everything else but it doesn’t even offer the option for downloading apps. Free or not.
Also I have reset Face ID and I have also toggled alll the settings and even rebooted the phone. Others are having the same trouble. It’s not a simple fix.
