I bought a refurbished iphone from ebay and it is icloud locked and I don't have access to the previous owner, what can I do?

You can't remove it. You are stuck with it. Get the person who sold you the device either log out from the Apple ID from the device or if they are very far away they can remove the device from their Apple ID after logging into https://appleid.apple.com from any web browser on any PC / Mac.


This can be done from anywhere in the world. See the pic below. Once the device is removed from the account then you can use the device as a new device without any restrictions.
