Is anyone having this problem? I just bought my MacBook last week and after exchanging it, this is the second time I’m having this issue! Microfiber cloth won’t do anything and I can’t find anything on this online?

Hardware issue are dealt with over the counter with Apple or AASP... Take it in.
In or out of warranty you can get a free over the counter 'Apple Service Diagnostics' test /assessment
Make an appointment for a "hardware issue"
