Mac OS 11 - installation new OS (Update)

On the internet, it says my Mac can install (at least) BigSur OS 11, but when I go to update, the system says there are no updates.

On the other hand, I tried via App Store, and it says that OS 11 (or any other more recent) is not available for my Mac (MacPro 2013). I have several apps that are not working anymore due to this issue. What do I need to do?

Your signature indicates you have a 15" MacBook Pro. Big Sur requires a Late 2013 MBP. An Early 2013 MBP is not supported.
