Predictive dialing does not work correctly. iPhone 14 pro iOS 16 + (all versions)

Hello, I have a problem. Predictive dialing doesn't work correctly, it doesn't learn. What to do? Instead of the words I need it to learn, it gives out only standard words, and does not want to learn. iOS 16 and all subsequent updates have not given me a solution to my problem. I've done a keyboard reset, deleted and re-added the Russian keyboard too, including turning off and on predictive typing, but none of this helps.

Hello ruslanfromорша,

You have to call support, and work through the troubleshooting for them to determine the issue. Many issues seem similar, but each one has a different solution, meaning they need to find out the exact alert or error code which is only found with the troubleshooting.

Then, they will escalate the issue with that info, and the solution can be worked on.

Greetings, esteemed support. I've done all the steps, I've turned predictive dialing on and off, also I've removed and added Russian keyboard, also I've done a keyboard reset in the settings, also I've rebooted the phone. The result is always the same, it doesn't help me, and the predictive dialing produces only program words, without training for my dialing. The words are always the same, the standard set, and it never changes unfortunately. I have been trying to deal with this problem since I bought the phone, each time I update it in the hope that the error will stop and everything will work, but each new update does not solve my problem. What can I do, what can I think of to get out of this situation? Please help me

Hello again, esteemed support.

When I try to tell my problem and report a bug, I get the standard answer to user questions and no support directly with the developers. I have already tried to contact them, but to no avail. I can only view the system responses, which have nothing to do with my problem. Help me contact support online so I can write to them and get an answer.

My country is Belarus. When I click on your links, I am redirected to the system error responses, without online support with a specialist who could solve my problem. Can you open access to create a question about my problem? Your links do not allow that unfortunately.
