If you are not going to use the contents of the Viber app, try to:

1. Delete the Viber app

2. Turn your iPhone off, wait a bit and on again.

3. Go to Settings > Apple ID > iCloud > Manage Storage

4. Find the Viber app again and try to delete.

If it works, you can reinstall Viber and start up with a fresh version.

Okay, the app has been deleted.

It sounds like the deletion has stalled. Since there are no other ways to delete data in iCloud, the best solution is to Restart, then go back and press delete - and wait in the menu until the data is removed. This is a LOT of gigabytes, so give it time.

Can see Delete In Progress. Since there is no way to restart the process, or in other ways to speed it up, there is unfortunately only one thing to do - to wait.

You can try signing out of your Apple ID and back in, this may "refresh" the process. But otherwise you just have to be patient.
