itunes music stops playing on desktop and all songs are checked, but if I right click anywhere on the screen it will go to the next song. I don't even have to click on the next song, just right click.
Try holding down shift+ctrl as you launch iTunes which opens it in safe mode and can sometimes fix odd behaviour. Failing that you might try repairing your iTunes installation, or remove and then reinstall it.
