Status icons and symbol that isn’t in Apple’s article
I have an icon on my iphone with iOS 16 that isn’t listed in Apple’s articles about icons and symbols. What is this?

The icon you see in the status bar is a Focus icon. The icon belongs to the "Work Focus" Profile.
You can see your Focus profiles here:
Settings > Focus
You can disable Work Focus (and other Focus profiles), and thus remove the icon, if you pull the Control Center up from the bottom and tap the Focus button. Find the profile with the icon you see in the status bar, and disable if you don't need to use it.
