First we are end users like you, not Apple. Volunteers answer on a time-available basis and many may skip over posts that are not clear or fail to provide details needed to answer.

No can do. As other users, we have no access to Apple records and cannot change anything about your subscriptions and payments. This Apple article shows how to do it yourself:

If those instructions do not help, there is a link near the bottom of that page to reach App Store help.
I cannot find any posts by you here other than today's, so we have no other background to go on. If your October post was in this section before, it is possible you did not get help because this is NOT the iPhone or iTunes Store forum sections. This section gets very few views and, because it has devolved into a dumping ground, many experienced helpers avoid coming here.
