Disabled account

Hi - I’m attempting to update my iCloud and it is saying my account has been disabled in App Store and iTunes. Not sure how to fix this or why it happened… any help??

It is usually a billing-related issue. This is primarily a user-to-user support forum; other Apple users like you. You will need to contact Apple Support.
