how do you stop the Beats Studio bud falling out the ears? I am using the small size and just even sitting listening to the beats they fall out the ear. They never feel tight or secure. It’s very frustrating as i spent a lot of money and can’t use them to run with or sit and listen to music, they are not fit for purpose.

Thanks for the reply. Spoke to apple and they were no help. They agree it’s a design fault but can’t return as outside the 14 days and can’t resell back to them. They seemed more than happy to sell an item that isn’t fit for purpose. Very disappointed in Apple Customer Support.
