Reset watch now its stock on please continue setup on iphone

Reset watch now its stuck on screen saying "Please continue setup on Iphone"

I did the hard reset, pressing down both buttons. Once the apple logo is gone, touching the screen only shows the message. Doesn't do anything with the two buttons. Pressing dial 3 times did bring up the voice over options, but didn't help with the message. I was trying to pair with my iphone prior to having to do hard reset and i have try pressing the round bottom to restart setup and after i hit reset i get stock in a loading circle that never ends it get stock there

Since you are having issues connecting your Apple Watch to your iPhone, work through the following steps:

“If the pairing process stalls

If it seems like the pairing process has stalled — for example, the pairing animation remains on the screen for several minutes — resetting your Apple Watch might help:

Press and hold the Digital Crown while your Apple Watch is in pairing mode.
Tap Reset when it appears on your watch.
After your watch resets, you can pair again.” If you can't pair an Apple Watch with your iPhone

Should the issue continue Contact Apple Support for further guidance.
