How can I enable my account for iTunes and the Apple Store?

iPhone 13, iOS 16

There is nothing you can do to clear this, other than contacting Apple. Per Apple: If you see a message that says your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes Store, contact Apple Support for help.
