My 14 pro max heated up yesterday for no reason. Also camera keeps coming on automatically? Any suggestions?

If, after reading the support article that led you here, you think that it's overheating with no apparent reason, since the device is covered by warranty, I suggest that you make an appointment (*) and have your device inspected at an Apple Store or AASP (Apple Authorized Service Provider) among this list:--> Apple – Location Selector. After checking it out, they'll give you all the available options.
