Hi,
I have signed in to my friend’s iClod email address from my phone and now all my contact names are changed based on his contact list and also his Telegram list has been added to my list.In addition my what’s App contact names also changed
Any advice?

Remove friend device from your iPhone Check your Apple ID device list to find where you're signed in - Apple Support
View and remove your devices that are associated with Apple ID purchases - Apple Support
Then sign out the shared Apple ID from your iPhone Sign out of iCloud on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Apple TV, or Mac - Apple Support and sign in with your own Apple ID in your iPhone Sign in with your Apple ID - Apple Support

The exchange mail account of your friend is signed in your iPhone remove it Add and remove email accounts on iPhone - Apple Support

Thanks for your response
I have not signed in any apple ID on my phone,I just open iCloud email box of my friend on my phone to check for him emails,just it.
But after that,All my account names are appeared based on what he saved on his phone.I mean those accounts that are common in our list will be shown on my phone by different name which he has saved already.In addition,I can see many Telegram names which they are not in my list and coming from his list again
