Voice to text not working

When I want to send a voice through my for example my snapchat, the voice not be sent. How can I fix it?

the microphone next to the chat doesn’t work.

please help me.

I can only send a voice to text message since I have been doing that I can no longer press the microphone in the right of the text box to send an audio message. It will not record my voice and send audio messages anymore. I cannot send audio messages when I press on the microphone in the right of the text box. It will not send it. It only does voice to text. How can I fix this?

voice imessage doesnt work half. the time Ever since the last update the voice iMessage works on and off. They moved it to the new icon below the message bar and sometimes it works when you tap it and other times it doesn’t.
