Do I need to upgrade my iPhone if the battery health is 84%?
iPhone 11
That’s getting pretty close to the 80% where the battery should be replaced.
But explain what “always needs charging” means. If you charge the phone overnight, every night, it should last to the end of the day when you charge it again, unless you are a very heavy gamer or spend hours on phone calls.
Go to Settings/General/Battery Health; read what it says under peak performance. If the battery should be replaced it will say so.

How can I replace my iPhone battery and not my phone? Doesn’t make sense.
Apple will replace the battery in your phone in any Apple Store or authorized service shop. See iPhone Battery Repair & Replacement - Apple Support
My iPhone 11 battery is always draining more. I checked and it doesn’t tell me when to upgrade but I’ve paid off the phone.
It doesn’t say if the phone needs to be replaced.
By “more” do you mean that if you charge it overnight, every night, so it starts the day at 100%, you also have to charge it during the day?
Right.
How long does the battery last?
Not for long.
Wow.. is it less than 12 hrs or less than six hrs.
please check your display and brightness and see if your auto lock is set to never. if so change it.
The phone doesn’t need to be replaced, the battery may need to be soon.
You have to replace the battery. Do it from apple company itself
What do you mean? What is auto lock? I’ve paid off my iPhone 11 with AT&T and says it is ready for upgrade but I feel like I have to charge my phone all the time because the battery drains.
