If you arranged for Apple Support to call you, you need to give them a working number to call.

If you arranged for Apple Support to call you, you need to give them a working number to call.
If your SIM isn't working, you need to contact your carrier for help. Apple has nothing to do with SIM issues.
How am I getting Apple's call assistance if my iPhone doesn't recognize my SIM card?
