How to upgrade OS on Mac Pro Mid 2015

I have MacBook Pro 15" Mid 2015. It's currently running El Captain 10.11.6 . When I go to the App Store->Updates, then I don't see how to upgrade the OS.

What's the right approach?

Mid 2015 MacBook Pro can run up to MacOS 12 Monterey, HOWEVER, it will be a shock how much changes.

MacOS 10.15 Catalina and beyond do not allow older 32-bit Apps to run.
