This document explains how to create a new Apple ID (create an Apple Account) --> How to create a new Apple ID - Apple Support


Make a separate ID for the other person. Apple IDs are designed to only be used by one person. If two devices are using the same ID the devices think it is the same user with both devices.


Family Sharing lets you share items you wish to share. Each person has their own keychain.
